Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Terms

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation window is 4 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Once an order enters our system, it cannot be edited.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to stop it. However, you may initiate a return following the process outlined below.

  • Do not return items to the shipping warehouse or the address on the original packaging—this is a third-party fulfillment center and does not process returns.

Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Konjoun does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend:
    • Choosing a reliable carrier with tracking.
    • Purchasing insurance in case of loss or damage.
    • Properly packaging your return to prevent damage.

Additional Notes for International Orders:

  • Some international orders may incur taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Konjoun does not cover customs charges imposed by your local authorities.

Once your return is received, you may contact us with your tracking number for an update on the refund status.

6. Warranty Policy – Defective/Damaged Products

We take pride in delivering high-quality products, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product at support@konjoun.com.

  • Depending on the situation, we will send a replacement or cover repair costs.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Warranty exclusions: Damage due to accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, exposure, or extensive use.

Important: Warranty is void if washing instructions are not followed.

  • Wash clothing separately in cold water only.
  • Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or fabric softener.
  • Slight discoloration and shrinkage over time are normal and not covered under warranty.
